Kyocera Document Solutions Europe, one of the world’s leading document solutions companies, has launched a new selection of excellent TASKalfa multifunctional products (MFPs) that specialise in providing optimal performances for businesses of all sizes, in a cost effective and highly productive manner.

The new additions to the series, the TASKalfa 7003i, TASKalfa 8003i, TASKalfa 9003i and the TASKalfa 308ci, offer the latest developments from an organisation that has consistently produced highly reliable products at competitive prices, helping businesses of various sizes improve their mass printing capabilities without sacrificing image quality.

Building on previous laser monochrome model’s, the new TASKalfa 7003i, 8003i and 9003i come with impressive features including a duplex print speed of up to 90 A4 pages per minute, in the fastest model of the series, the TASKalfa 9003i. The incredibly durable components guarantee efficient and reliable operation and have also been combined with an enhanced 10.1-inch touch panel with increased usability that will provide busy office environments, of medium to large sizes, with a product that will vastly improve productivity in the workplace.

These TASKalfa’s come with serverless solutions allowing users to easily retrieve large volumes of scanned data without being limited by email transmission size. Additionally, there are excellent finishing options that allow organisations to custom the MFP to their unique needs.

Looking at the other newly announced model, the TASKalfa 308ci will join the prize-winning range, previously awarded the Most Reliable Colour Copier MFP Brand Award by BLI. The new laser MFP will enable businesses to print up to 30 pages per minute (ppm) with an improved image colour quality.

The high productivity of the TASKalfa 308ci is particularly noteworthy, with a high maximum paper capacity, fast scanning speed with a variety of functionalities and mobile-like intuitive operations. One of the hallmarks of this new device, and the TASKalfa range as a whole, is its impressive long service life, with a maintenance cycle of 200,000 impressions. This characteristic reaffirms the company’s long-term commitment to society and the environment.

All of the freshly announced products incorporate the HyPAS platform and will also be linked to Kyocera’s innovative Fleet Service. The remote panel function allows service providers to remotely monitor and manage customer’s needs in a way that reduces carbon emissions and enables service personnel to perform device maintenance offsite.

“The TASKalfa 7003i, TASKalfa 8003i and the TASKalfa 9003i continue our heritage of providing devices that can sustain the highest quality regardless of print volumes,” said Michimasa Kobayashi, Senior Manager, Hardware Product Marketing at Kyocera Document Solutions Europe’s Marketing Innovation Centre.

“Equally, the TASKalfa 308ci represents a fantastic addition to the product range with unique developments that will appeal to organisations of various sizes.”

“These new devices will provide enhanced security, increased durability and excellent cost per page making it ideal for small to medium sized businesses.”

The reliability of Kyocera technology reduces the need for maintenance and spare parts, helping to maximise uptime and minimise unnecessary consumption. It also guarantees consistency, so that fast-paced business environments can produce high volumes whilst maintaining image and colour quality.

These are valuable new additions to the Kyocera portfolio that will provide business of various sizes with efficient, easy-to-use and energy conscious options to help maximise the productivity of their workspace.
