Canon to ship Goloseo children’s books produced at drupa 2016 to Africa for Room to Read Literacy Program

Canon Europe, world leader in imaging, is working in partnership with German children’s book publisher Goloseo and Room to Read, a global organisation focused on literacy and girls’ education, to deliver books produced on the Canon stand at drupa 2016 to school libraries supported by Room to Read in South Africa.

Andi Druk invests in first Canon & Müller Martini integrated digital production line

Canon Europe, world leader in imaging solutions, is proud to announce that Andi Druk, a Dutch commercial printing company specialising in the production of magazines, books, manuals and brochures, has invested in a complete new workflow system from Canon and Müller Martini. The new system will comprise an Océ ColorStream 3900 continuous feed inkjet press fully integrated with a line of Müller Martini finishing modules, including a Sigma-line for book production, a Presto II Digital saddle stitcher for magazine production, a Vareo perfect binder and a Granit three-edge trimmer. The system will be installed in the fourth quarter of this year.
