Leaderform SpA has chosen to upgrade its production capabilities by replacing their existing SCREEN digital printing equipment with two new Truepress JET high-speed inkjet presses to bring the latest Japanese precision-engineered printing technology to the Italian market.
With over 40 years of experience, Leaderform SpA has built a reputation for delivering cross-media communication services ranging from transactional documentation and direct mailing to proximity marketing, packaging, and display solutions. While highly satisfied with the performance of their original SCREEN equipment that still functioned efficiently after more than a decade of operations, Leaderform identified the need to invest further in digital inkjet technology. The Truepress JET 520NX AD offers impressive speeds of up to 225 metres per minute, while supporting the ability to adjust print speeds based on the quality required— all while achieving the right competitive balance between quality and cost per printed piece needed in transactional printing. Meanwhile, our direct mail clients expect us to meet Isocoated quality levels on standard papers, without using coatings or primers that alter the substrates texture or colour. The Truepress JET 520HD+ does all this by printing on offset-coated substrates without priming, while providing full 1200 dpi resolution and wide colour gamut reproduction."
