Ricoh will be showcasing its most comprehensive portfolio of versatile solutions to date at drupa 2020 and, under the motto "Love The Way Ahead", will show print service providers how they can successfully evolve with new and innovative business models in digital printing. The world's largest trade fair for the printing industry will take place from 16 to 26 June 2020 at the Düsseldorf Exhibition Centre.
Covering 1800 square meters in Hall 8a, Ricoh will encourage print service providers to embrace Henkaku, the Japanese vision of innovative change. Ricoh will show how they can use cutting-edge technology and innovative thinking to support change and growth in digital printing.
It will showcase leading solutions that support this approach and represent the long history of Ricoh's collaborative development:
the high-speed continuous inkjet printing platform Pro™ VC70000. Technologies developed by Ricoh include the award-winning dryer, for which 43 patents have been granted, and new inks for printing in the extended colour gamut.
The expanded applications of the improved single-sheet colour printers Pro™ C7200 and Pro™ C9200 with new paper handling options.
The latest versions of Ricoh ProcessDirector and Ricoh Supervisor. Both software solutions are designed to optimize production, with a studio workflow that accurately maps how efficiency is increased.
Also on show will be the highly popular Ricoh solutions for commercial and industrial printing. These include the Buyers Lab Award winning ProTM L5160 large format production printing system with two CMYK options and the versatile SGIA Award winning Ri 1000 direct textile printer (DTG). Together with other new developments to be announced, these solutions demonstrate Ricoh's commitment to innovative change in the printing industry. This includes innovative research and development to help print service providers secure their print production for the future.
In dedicated areas of the stand, Ricoh will present practical applications from a wide range of its systems to give users new and creative inspiration. In addition, a continuous end-to-end workflow will provide insight into optimal production capabilities in real time.
