Tech-ni-Fold (stand 2K1) will be showcasing their digital Tri-Creaser Fast-Fit solution at Gulf Print & Pack 2019.
This simple to instal tool is designed to retro-fit the world’s popular models of folding machines, producing results on the most difficult of paper and print combinations and eliminating the need for separate creasing processes.
The Tri-Creaser’s specially formulated patented rubber applies a deep crease impression to paper stocks ranging from 85-350gsm and above. The rubber gently stretches the fibres within the paper leaving them undamaged. When a fold is applied, fibre-cracking does not happen, unlike with conventional machines. Conventional scoring tools are made of metal and damage the paper stocks.
The Tri-Creaser has been used in over 75,000 printing houses around the world. This technology is available for stitching and binding machines (Spine-Creaser and Quad-Creaser products), which the company will also be showcasing at Gulf Print & Pack 2019.
