Taking customers seriously, keeping promises and being reliable: FLYERALARM was awarded the German Fairness Prize for the seventh time. The Würzburg-based company achieved 77.3 out of a possible 100 points in the “Online Printers” category and was thus able to prevail against 15 competitors in its category. The coveted prize has been awarded by the news channel n-tv and the German Institute for Service Quality (DISQ) since 2014.
In the representative consumer survey on the level of fairness of around 800 companies from 57 different industries, the DISQ surveyed around 55,000 consumers. Among the winners for the seventh time in a row: FLYERALARM. “Receiving the 'Fairness Prize' again is something very special for us,” says Simone Nierhaus, CMO at FLYERALARM. “In a year like this in particular, the trust and satisfaction of our customers is the greatest honor. We are very pleased that our efforts have been noticed and appreciated over the years. "
In the "Online Printers" category, a total of 16 companies were rated in the areas of price-performance ratio, reliability and transparency. The criteria ranged from the pricing and reliability of the products to compliance with agreements and goodwill in the event of complaints. The survey also took into account the completeness and comprehensibility of product information, the transparency of contracts and the absence of hidden costs and enticement offers. As in the previous year, FLYERALARM achieved the highest total number of points of all competitors in the industry and was even able to secure the top position in all three sub-areas of the survey.
Diversity and reliability that inspire
Whether classic business cards, unusual give-aways or the design of individual websites - FLYERALARM offers its customers with over three million products not only everything for the perfect brand presence from a single source, but above all the variety and reliability they deserve. “We are constantly expanding our range of products and services and sometimes breaking new ground. This year, for example, we changed our range within a few days to meet the new needs of our customers in order to get their business through the crisis as well as possible, ”says Simone Nierhaus, who, unlike in previous years, did not raise the price at a gala but received by parcel. "This innovative strength, combined with absolute reliability, is the key to our success, which has now been confirmed once again by the 'German Fairness Prize'."
