Derbyshire based Charapak is one of the UK’s market leaders in the design and manufacture of specialist corrugated packaging. The company has recently diversified into the labelling sector following the investment in Domino’s N610i digital ink jet label press. This investment has opened up new business opportunities for the company, enabling it to supply both existing and new customers with high quality, digitally printed labels with short lead times.

Leading UK graphics and display business Graphics Works has recently invested in three additional Fujifilm Acuity 1600 LED UV hybrid inkjet wide format printers. The investment follows the success of its first foray into the LED UV ink market in January 2015 with its first Acuity LED 1600 printer, which doubled its production speeds and cut production costs by 20 per cent.
