Fujifilm Group will showcase its world’s first B2 full colour dry toner digital press – the Revoria Press GC12500, for the first time in an international exhibition in Europe at drupa 2024 in the commercial print area of the Fujifilm stand.
Fujifilm Group has sold over 300 of its B2 sheet-fed digital presses – the Jet Press 750S, which boasts industry-leading image quality and printing speeds.

Fujifilm Group began developing inkjet technology in the late 1970s and released the world’s first single-pass inkjet cut-sheet printer, the Jet Press 720 in 2011. This was later followed by the Jet Press 750S, which with its high-resolution printing capability of 1200 dpi and exceptional quality, surpassing offset printing, has achieved significant global success, with over 300 printers sold to date.

Ahlstrom, the global leader in masking and packaging tape base papers, has finalized an investment to upgrade and convert a paper machine in its Thilmany plant in Wisconsin, USA, to produce stretchable creped base papers for masking tape and is now ramping up the production. The new investment adds a crepe paper production capacity of 30,000 tons per year.

Konica Minolta has unveiled more details of its drupa presence where it plans to showcase 20 European premieres, pioneering digital transformation and live running of the biggest machines it has ever shown at the exhibition in Duesseldorf, Germany, from 28 May to 7 June, 2024 where it will have one of the largest stands (Hall 8b).
