SCREEN Graphic Solutions Co., Ltd. (SCREEN GA) will take part in the International Graphic Arts Show 2022 (IGAS 2022), to be held at Tokyo Big Sight in Ariake, Tokyo from November 24 (Thu) to 28 (Mon). SCREEN GA has set a theme of “Creating a Future in Print” for the event to reflect the enormous positive impact it expects digital printing to have on the future. The company will be presenting a wide range of digital printing solutions.

In recent years, it has become essential for companies to implement initiatives from the perspective of the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), environmental, social and governance (ESG) practices, and efforts to realize a sustainable society as they develop their business. At IGAS 2022, SCREEN GA plans to present a range of solutions illustrating the future direction of the printing industry. This will include various demonstrations that use actual models of the company’s digital presses.
Visitors working in the commercial, publishing and business form printing will be able to enjoy an automated workflow that combines one of SCREEN GA’s Truepress Jet520 series of roll-fed inkjet presses with its EQUIOS solution platform. There will also be various exhibits showcasing how SCREEN GA systems can help to realize a sustainable society, including solutions for small lot on-demand book and variable direct mail production, as well as a solution that uses fully adjustable lot sizes to optimize inventories.
For the label printing market, SCREEN GA intends to exhibit a system from its Truepress Jet L350UV SAI series of UV inkjet presses developed specifically for labels. The series has established a remarkable track record with more than 200 systems already installed worldwide. The exhibit will feature a wide range of samples, including food packaging labels, shrink-wrap labels for beverages and labels printed on eco-friendly substrates, highlighting the potential for developing new business in the small to medium lot segment.
Targeting the package printing market, SCREEN GA will also be displaying a selection of print samples produced with a Truepress PAC 830F inkjet press for flexible packages. These samples will clearly demonstrate the new possibilities available with flexible package printing. SCREEN GA’s exhibits will be joined by an inkjet proofing system for offset stock developed by SCREEN GP Japan as well as various samples produced with environmentally conscious print and postpress solutions. SCREEN GA warmly invites all IGAS attendees to visit its stand.
