The hosted service allows printers to use state of the art, always updated software at an affordable rate, scaled to fit any production level.NewsXtreme Cloud includes PDF preflight with automated correction, page pairing and imposition, load-balanced rips, ink optimization, and a portal for commercial clients to upload and proof jobs. Unlike typical workflow software, these add-ons are built into NewsXtreme Cloud.
Signature Offset's 3 production centers in Colorado and Mississippi will access the hosted NewsXtreme Cloud system from anywhere, on any device with an Internet browser. Finished pages are uploaded via FTP or through the commercial portal, where files are then processed in the cloud and proofed online. Once approved, plate files are sent to the local CTP devices.
