ColorLogic GmbH has announced its latest smart color server, ZePrA 7. "ZePrA 7 has many additions and improvements, however most notably is the addition of PDF 2.0 Support. I am proud to say that ColorLogic is among the first to support the new PDF 2.0 standard (ISO-32000-2)”, states Thorsten Braun.

The latest version of ZePrA includes new features that are important for support in the packaging sector such as supporting ISO- 19593-1:2018, known as processing steps. Additionally, this version includes PDF 2.0 support, the ability to re-run jobs with Restore Configuration, support for non-printing elements and PDF layers, preservation and color conversion of Photoshop PSD and TIFF layers, and many other features.
An upgrade to the newest version of ZePrA is available with the annual Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA), or can be purchased at a special upgrade price by contacting the user’s local dealer.
New ColorLogic users will find ZePrA available for purchase with five package options depending on needed features such as ink saving and multicolor. ZePrA is a unique application that can be integrated into an existing workflow for immediate results. ZePrA works standalone, in conjunction with other ColorLogic color management solutions, or even as an addition to other manufacturer’s solutions.
